Blows my mind. They either have a ton of them, or we really have reached a turning point for exclusives.

My bet is on the turning point. I like the color combo, I like the steel, I like the paramilitary 2, even the price is great, but for some reason it doesn’t call out to me. This isn’t just this release. Had it been a different company or different spec’d knife I may have felt the same. I think the state of the current economy combined with pm2 saturation (fatigue) is causing me to avoid the fomo jump to purchase as I had in the past.

I think it's due to the blade steel being Cruwear. This is the fourth Cruwear version of the PM2.

1st Cruwear sprint run - gray g10
2nd Cruwear DLT exclusive - DLC blade, purple g10

4th Cruwear DLT exclusive - purple g10

I actually like seeing the exclusives sit for awhile. It gives everyone that wants one a chance to get it, rather than having to camp at a computer for the release.

A DLT employee responded in this thread that it's been their fastest-selling Cruwear exclusive to date, but that they just ordered a *lot* of them.

Concur with this statement, except this was a drop I've been waiting for, and the knife is living up to my mental hype. Thanks for ordering a ton and pricing them reasonably, it is nice to be able to pick up a really solid offering like this without all the two minute, website crashing, mad scramble nonsense.
