Your in the right spot to catch one, keep a close eye on this thread and strike fast, its but one of the great things about this forum, we look out for each other. If it weren't for this place I would have missed out on many. ;)

Also keep the major online dealers tabbed up and check often through out the day if you can. The sprints seem to come in batches.

I finally got my second spyder bite with the Hap40 Dragonfly. A few years back I was bitten by a new Delica that required a trip to the ER and stitches. Was lubing and wiping down the new DF, sliced the top of my thumb. Butterfly for a dragonfly, and some superglue. Be careful, these are SHARP :o

I love this thread. Good old fashioned Spyderco Forum insanity :)

You bet Sirens1, so far 2 of mine have come in, the first one the lines were off a little the 2nd was perfect, I have a few more coming so it will be interesting to see how those line up. :)

Super Blue takes a forced patina with acetic acid much easier than HAP40:

Don't forget to clean the bevels and resharpen that Super Blue!

On an odd thought, I have decided to opt out of picking up one of these Dragonflies... still quite satisfied with my current ones.
Going back to Caly.

Thanks, I got an order in. :)

I kind of wanted to wait for someone to allow the purchase of two, but I'm giving up.

1. Less shipping cost.
2. Less shipping waste.

I guess no one cares about that.

I wonder how many have been sold so far, seems like a lot of the vendors got an smaller first drop then a larger one. I'm trying to remember if the super blue Dfly was as popular as the HAP40, seems like the SB's stuck around a little longer. I guess maybe more collectors are on to these super steels now after watching what happened with SB's.
