The Massad Ayoob (aluminum handle, serrated). It’s got a serious feel about it.

There is a guy here that grows, dries and grinds his own Habanero's and then makes some of the best peanut bridle I have ever ate. Wish I could eat that sort of stuff more often but the sugar just doesn't allow it for me lol... but his peanut bridle with the Habanero is to die for.

Your pix of all your veggies are awesome though!
