That's where I'm at with the SRK and SRK-C.prndltech wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2023 1:55 pmImmediately upon using one of those or a mora… you will question your sanity.endura3 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2023 1:41 pm
Puttering around the property getting ready for winter with these two and a Hultafors GK. Barely used it so far, but it seems comically solid and well-made for a $15 dollar fixed blade. There are "higher end" fixed blade knives I love for cutting geometry, steels, etc., but I have a feeling this thing is gonna make it really hard for me to justify spending money on any more expensive "hard use" fixed blades haha.
Admittedly more expensive than my Mora 710mg, but not by much. $25 for the compact, $31 for full sized. The sheaths are worth the extra expense to me. The Mora sheaths, at least on their basic models, leave something to be desired.

Pocket knife for the weekend was the usual:

Weekend festivities were at one of the best camps there is. It includes this excellent parachute shelter as the centerpiece.

Because desolate places allow us to breathe. And most people don't even know they're out of breath.

Hiked High Rock Lookout trail in the rain today. I was carrying my PM2 CRU-WEAR and Mule CPM 15V. My wife had my Mule M398 and my PM2 S45VN (not pictured).

Not really in my pocket, since this is a gift and about to go back in its box until Christmas. I couldn't be more pleased! It's perfect.

Freshly honed C95 with me for some fall camping. Perfect weather.....mid to low 60's around sunset, shouldn't dip below 45 over night.

Yeah, wow, it really is. It would be hard waiting until Christmas.
