If you're in the market for a micro light I'd suggest looking at the nitecore tip 2 as well. Way brighter and much higher quality construction. I broke my last tube after a few weeks of casual EDC while my tip 2 is going strong for years.

700+ lumens vs 55, metal vs thin plastic.
Thanks for the TIP

Nice and easy evening run through some marshland.
Chap always a perfect choice for a just-in-case small super cutter in waistband.

Thanks, glad you like it! :smlling-eyes

A bit of a departure from the usual mountain scenery ;) (Though one is in the background).

I've been carrying an UpTern for work the past weeks. It's a practical and solid little knife.

that's a great looking manix. I'm glad I figured out DLC has practical use benefits for me because I always loved how it looks.

thanks, vivi. i've always wanted a dlc manix, but they were out of stock for a really long time and then i just kept missing them all. when i saw that bladescales was offering their wonderful scales in a black micarta now, i had to finally pull the trigger. s30v is plenty good for my use and this not being an exclusive will help me to really use it and push it more than i might otherwise.

Just the usual. Rain moving in late tomorrow so I'll switch to S110V when that happens.
