I believe that... actually still my favorite model in my favorite PE steel (HAP40 / REX 45)...
But I bet you'd like the new toys too ... a lot of fun and great for instinctive throwing.
I sometimes feel that people like activities like golf, darts, frisbee, shooting and so on but find knife and/or hawk throwing a bit weird... while for me the latter offer so much variety, different ways of throwing and stuff to learn and enjoy.
I've even heard pros saying that knife throwing in all its variants is probably the most complex accuracy sport...
Long story short: Folks, try out throwing stuff around, it's fun!
I like the new toys too, it’s just the simple fact that I sucked at hatchet throwing the one
time I did it AND I got beat by a KID
Always the same knife lately, but never boring!
... where did you put up your tent?
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)
The Stretch 1 was my number one folder of all times for a while (and will forever be at least in my top 5), and I really like serrations... but I have to be honest: I had this exact same version of the Stretch 1 and actually sold it. The type of serrations was not for me - too pointy and "snaggy", did not feel like rounding them off (and still have several Stretch 1s anyway).
