ABSOLUTELY! I feel like a piece of me is missing if I don’t have a blade in my pocket.

If you ever make it to the Keys, give me a heads up. Beers on me.
For some odd reason YouTube suggested a fishing video from the Keys, it was part of a five part series, and I got hooked (no pun intended) and watched the whole series.

What an amazing place! So different from what I’m used to. My motivation to visit increased many levels after watching this.

To be fair, I’ve been watching some fishing videos lately, so it didn’t appear out of the blue, but a pretty far departure from what I normally watch, just to get some tips on the types of fishing I can do locally.

It’s the only videos of this type I’ve watched, so could be an ordinary thing for all I know, but I liked it and would recommend it. Here’s the first video in the series for anyone interested:

Very Cool, thanks for sharing that. The Keys are a special place. I grew up in Texas, came down to the Keys on vacation in the late 90’s between my sophomore/junior year in college and never went home. I started working as a deck hand on the fishing boats and never looked back. I love it here, these islands and the quirky local’s like myself have a small but tight knit community that feels much more like a family. Carrying one of my trusted Salts’s today!
