I’m down for at least one as well. I should get two because I tend to break stuff. I’m hoping they sell out and they decided to do another run in something different.

I like it, but I'm embarrassed to say that I don't really understand what the illustration under the phrase is depicting LOL! I stared at it for a while kicking things around, and then figured someone will explain it eventually...
So it goes.

I'm intrigued to learn more about Sal's phrase "The Edge is a Ghost" and the meaning behind it.

Also, after looking over the mugs a bit more, I wanted to decipher the symbols shown below the phrase. The seemingly random symbols make much more sense now. They're ghost edges. ;)

First line is the edge from a Paramiliatary 2, second line is the edge from a Matriarch, third line is the edge is from an Autonomy, fourth line is the edge from an Ulize, and the fifth line is the edge from a Tasman.

Will these be available via dealerships, or only directly from Spyderco? I would love to get one, but ordering a mug from US will not be particularly economical.

It's awesome that he even went as far as Photoshoping the little knife pictures in! It reminds me of that line from The Matrix... You and I just see little squiggly lines, but Mushroom looks at it and sees blonde.. brunette.. red head. :D

I'm not going to say what the picture on that mug looks like...

Something that can also be considered a ghost... :p

I stared at it for a while wondering WTH it was, but when I zoomed in I saw the serration pattern and it clicked. I couldn’t have named off the individual knives though!

Finally got around to picking one of these up. Sent my friend by plane to Golden to hand deliver it (he was on a business trip in Golden :grin-big eyes). Very high quality. I may need to pick up a second one while they're still around.

Anyone know what capacity? The other mugs say 11oz on the website but this one doesn't say.

I ordered the white "The edge is a ghost" with my mule and should get it next week. The pottery one seems bigger in capacity.
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

I got mine with the recent mule drop and really love it. Even my wife thinks it's a great mug. David I think it holds 16 oz.

Can confirm just about 16oz. full to the rim.

I'd say it 'safely' holds 15oz. without spilling.

Well, I might have ordered the white ceramic version, but Spyderco gifted me the pottery one thanks to the random acts of kindness gaw. It is really a beautiful thing ! I'm gonna drink way too much coffee now, with something that size !

I'm happy to have received my own white mug ! However, it's broken (not totally yet) :

Any people knowing how to fix that before it gets worse ? I was thinking of epoxy and then polishing it a bit, but this might be a problem with high temperatures.

Plenty of high heat epoxy products.

Go for a slow 24 hour epoxy it is usually better heat tolerable and more waterproof than any of the fast drying epoxy products.

Or this one looks good below

https://permatex.com/products/adhesives ... oxy-25-ml/

Ideal for high temperature applications including metals, hard plastics, ceramics, glass, rubber and more.
Im a vegetarian as technically cows are made of grass and water.
