Look at Woodcraft's catalog. Spyderco makes this for them as an exclusive.

I bought a couple--1/8 S30V, nice choils, a little jimping on the top front choil, just under 3" hollow ground blade, bead blasted finish(I think)--call it a 3" S30V bushcraft hobby blade. Significantly beefier than the mules. Woodcraft has sales all the time--the last one was 20% off everything in the store, I haven't looked in a while, so I don't know if they have any left.

The one in my hand says S30V, I think I read somewhere about the packaging being wrong? Anyone?

I think that the catalog said it was S60V or S90V or S35V, but the actual knife is S30V.

But the photo in the listing says S30V on the blade. I'd chalk it up to seller error.

Probably right, he must also have a new Mule and mixed up the steels.

They were listed as S90v at 1st.
I got all exited, then they corrected it to reading S30v.

As I recall it was a bit pricy...... More than a Super steel Mule as I recall.
Still would like one given the chance.

Any photos of scaled knifes? (is that even a word, scaled?) :D
:spyder:  :spyder:  :spyder:  :spyder:
More S90v & CF please.......

Like I said, I haven't even pulled them out of the packaging yet (not a box, more like a hanging package) but I'm scheming some thin brass liners and cocobolo.
