Lunch time switch up. Waiting for that 4v mili to arrive.
Really cool lil story on your first post LB…that is definitely one AWESOME looking Manix!!!…now we wait for the yellow lw mag to show itselfladybug93 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 11:34 ammy first post on this forum almost five years ago...
although it's not a lightweight and it's not a salt, i'm really stoked to finally have a stonewashed manix with od micarta scales. i prefer the micarta to frcp anyway. i do still love the lightweight models (especially now that they have screws instead of pins). i'll still buy new knives and cycle through my collection, but aside from the m2lw salt in magnacut, i don't think anything will surpass this knife for me.

Mmm. There’s a lot of goodness in this pic. Some of its flame broiled.
That's a gorgeous knife. Wish I was around for the Pingo. I'm a big slipit fan.RadioactiveSpyder wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 9:45 pm
Rosewood scales made by Ted Phillips here on the forum (phillipsted) several years ago now.

Normally right now is my main ski touring and back country skiing season, and I'd be out in the snow and high mountains all the time.
Changed it up quite a bit for 2023, and am wearing shorts and (often) no shirt on the canary islsnd La Palma (east of the nortwest coast of Africa).
Nice and warm, great nature and volcanoes up to 8000 feet to climb and hike..![]()
Spontanuously decided to bring a Stretch 1, for a long time my most favorite folder, for that trip, just to re-experience it (ok, ok, also have a Pac Salt SE with me... can't live without a spyderedge these days)
