Spyderco present at the Outdoor Trade Show 2007, Stoneleigh Park, UK.

Hi everybody – Please, be informed that in cooperation with Edgar Brothers Leisure (EBL), Spyderco will be present at the Outdoor trade show (OTS) at Stoneleigh Park near Coventry, Warwickshire, from 3-5 October 2007.

Daily opening hours are 9am – 6pm and on the last day until 4pm.

Spyderco will be showing the latest in high performance cutlery in Hall 2, booth #90!

Free invitations to visit the OTS are available from Emma Selby at EBL in limited numbers and at a first come & first serve basis.

UK Ken started a thread on the British Blade forums a couple of months ago.

I think interest will have to be seeded and nurtured. Just like we did in the States. Probably need to figure out how to have a exhibition there to show how much fun it can be.

BTW Jose, congrats on your finish in Orlando.

Hi Jose - I have no knowlege on the state of affairs concerning oficial cutting competition events in UK or in Europe. UK Ken has taken some interest and, as far as I know, is in contact with Ed Schempp about this issue.

Concerning this Outdoor Trade Show, no cutting competition is scheduled. The emphesis of this show is on Outdoor sports like camping, trakking, climbing, kayaking etc.

Good question, as I may try to attend one of the Annapolis shows. Its about a 3 or 3 1/2-hour drive from NJ. I'm there on business once a year, usually in September, but if there's an opportunity to meet the Spyder-crew and view/purchase a wide variety of Spyderco knives, I may drive down again in October for the day.

Any additional info on these two shows is greatly appreciated! :)

Hi everybody - Just to inform you all, the Annapolis boat show consists of two parts. 1st. the Sailing boat show from Oct 4-8 and 2nd. the Power boat show from Oct. 11-14.

Spyderco´s Cody Lammers & Alan Fulte will be at the Sailing boat part while Jack Botbyl and myself will be staffing the booth during the Powerboat days.

Yes please, come and see us at the Annapolis boat shows. We have the entire collection on show and it´s all for sale!
