I just took my SS Harpy up to the ranch, and needless to say it got a little dirty. I keep hearing a crunching noise like there's sand or dust inside of it? How would i go about cleaning the inside and/or opening it up?

My Harpy isn't opening as smoothe as it used to and I was wondering if theres was some special kind of oil i should buy to use on the pivot point. Was going to use some WD-40, but decided to check. Any info is appreciated, thanks.
