Hi all

Been a while but has anyone any idea where knifeBST.com has gone? :confused:

Now e-bay will not allow knife sales in the UK, this is a good site to snag a bargain.

Sam, this does nothing to help us collectors who buy and sell our knives as the mood takes us.

What I can't grasp is are the Gov. and e-bay that stupid that the buyer will not just search the web instead of e-bay, it may be the "big boy" for online sales but by no means the only one, the clip made ...

You are 100% correct the kitchen knife is the weapon of choice for "Chav's" "Slinks" "Scum" call them what you will, and even if they ban UK buyers from buying off US sites by blocking them I am sure many deals will then be struck outside the e-bay market with direct payment.

I have just woke up to read that E-Bay UK has announced it is to ban all knife sales on its British and Irish sites ASAP with the exception of Cutlery.

E-bays loss I say, do they not realise people will just use E-bay.com and buy from abroad.

Another knee jerk reaction from our rapidly becoming ...

Sam is correct carrying a knife is legal here in the UK (except bali's and autos) if you can justify the reason for carrying it.

I have seen no concrete evidence that there is a corolation between banning knives and a reduction in crime the criminals (the clue is in the name) will still carry them ...

Heres some photos to try to make it clearer, these are of a kydex sheath that is rivited together and what I want is what is fastening the Techlock clip through the rivet..

Not quite, the female part looks like one of those rivets but its threaded through the middle, then a cross head screw (bolt not wood screww) goes into it like the Chicago screw at the bottom but a bit different.

Firstly Seasons greetings to all!!! :)

I need to know what a type of bolt /fastener is called this would be the type that would normally fasten the techlok to a kydex sheath where one side is a cross head (countersunk) bolt but then goes into a threaded tube with a washer head, like a top ...

I notice in the picture it is plain edged is this a "mock up" or are they to be PE or PS or Both? :)
