I was shopping in NYC last weekend and I stumbled across a couple of stores that were selling Spyderco knives. However, when i checked the spyderco site,they were not listed as dealers. Would it be wise to purchase from these stores who are selling at a considerably greater price?

What is the law regarding the carrying of knives in New York City?

I own a Delica with the molded belt clip. When I first purchased the knife, the clip worked very well. However, the clip does not touch the back of the knife anymore (its bent up). When I clip it in my pocket, the grasp is not secure. Can i fix this problem?1
