I just got a D'Allara last week. It is very slick. It's also very wide but so light and thin it carries well. I might get another or two for safe queens, this one will be highly sought after in a few years.

no problem. keep in mind, I have somewhat girly-like hands. that may make the Harpy appear larger than it actually is. Roughly a Delica sized hawkbill.

I used my dad's glass-bead blaster on my Delica clips and they turned out great. I'd be glad to do yours for free if you just want to mail them to me and send a couple $ for postage. PM me if you want.

Unless of course the guy you're getting to do yours isn't charging you anything.

One thing you may want to do is simply email the guy a comparison photo of the two different generations side by side (E3 and E4). That may be the only way he and his wife will be able to understand. Not that you should have to, but it would be easy enough (I'm sure there's plenty of folks around he...

But, at the same time, I can understand Spyderco's decision to make these knives and have respect for their concern that members openly bragging about such actions, giving "how to evade the law" advice to others, or asking for such advice, on "company property" might have unfavo...

Wow. I'm amazed at how well the idea of a certain class of citizens being exempt from laws the rest of us must follow sits with everyone. Not everyone. We regular law-abiding-citizen-folk with no criminal record sometimes don't understand fancy federal law and it needs to be explained to us ...

Key here may have been the part #. I notice in the official catalog it's a C10BBK. But, on the auction you won it's a C10PSBBKCP. Maybe someone knows the Endura 3 black code (which is what you received) The picture was no doubt mis-leading but I think the seller made an honest mistake. After all, he...

Semi-Rare Rescue Find!

Just got home from a local gun show. While it was overall dissappointing (lots of junk and even more high prices) This bad boy caught my eye. The guy had 5 of them, all were brand new and had been in storage for 15 years! $35 later and it was in my back pocket. http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q74...

Haven't read all the way through thread, so sorry if someone else beat me to it. But, you can't go wrong with the good doctor Hunter S. Thompson.

"It never got weird enough for me" and

"When the going gets weird, the weird get going"

May he rest in peace.

Didn't see the episode, but no way a sub 5 second quarter. If the car was full throttle and never lifted through the entire pass and did indeed trap at 161mph, he was most likely somewhere in the 8's depending on weight of the car. Possible somewhere in the 7's but not even sniffing 6's, much less 5...

All variations of this knife are excellent. I have a serrated micarta calyso jr. and a serrated lightweight jr. with the FRN handle. The are very light and are great for pocket carry (just dropped in or clipped). Most have the very cool black clip with the gold bug, and there's also the one with the...

Old Delica Help please

Been a while guys and gals, hope everyone is well. Here goes... I have a friend who needs/wants the older style Delica (without the steel inserts) in a plain edge blade and FRN handle. I know they are no longer produced and probably all old inventory sold. Anybody know where one or more is? He likes...
