Re: Knife opened in my pocket.

I could see how a compression lock, for example, might open in a pocket; while I wouldn't say that any of mine have a weak detent, they do open with a more "light touch" than do my back lock knives. It could happen--and clearly does.

Wow that's crazy, I've never had that happen to me, but I'm glad you didn't get cut!

Siren looks cool; in it's simplicity of shape it kinda reminds me of the Goddard (if not exactly).
It's very close.
Yeah exactly, I mean there are some differences of course, but it's got similar clean lines.

Wow, really nice stuff. Siren looks cool; in it's simplicity of shape it kinda reminds me of the Goddard (if not exactly). Counter Puppies look quite handy and might make nice gifts. And the Straight Spine Stretch is rad!

Re: NFL Season: 2019-2020

Yeah they do!!! Seems like they can't catch a break either. In my opinion that fumble recovery was whistled dead too soon by the refs! Should have been a Saints touchdown. Also, hate seeing Drew Brees come out with an injury like that, I would hope it's just a short term injury. I love seeing Teddy...

Re: S110V Para3 LW?

My two most carried Para3's are s110v and Maxamet - both of which come in Native/Manix LW versions. I am very hopeful these will be added to the Para3 LW line-up. Especially in their respective colors (dark blue and grey)! That's a good point, I hadn't even thought of a Maxamet version, but it does...

Also, I'd like to point out that we don't know exactly *what* the liners are on the P4. Ok, so they're stainless steel...

Yeah I don't think there's any cause for anyone to get salty, he didn't know and he came here looking for input and we gave it to him. Honestly the testiness is a bit overboard. It makes me QUITE sad...

I think the condensation and evaporation of sweat is a knockout punch on a bunch of stainless steels. You get salt, water, and a bunch of oxygen, cycled over and over and over...
Yep, that combo definitely will corrode a number of steels.

Re: Let's take a look inside my Police 4

this is exactly why i don’t understand everyone’s obsession with rusty tool steels. i’m surprised the liners are more rusted than the blade, but maybe it makes sense since you’re using the blade and the liners don’t get wiped down. anyway, when we have lc200n, h1, and others, i don’t understand why...

S110V Para3 LW?

Hello all, talk of potential variants of the Para3 LW and the imminent Reveal of a DLC Para3 LW has me wondering about other stock model variants of this knife, particularly an S110V/dark blue version. Do we think this is a possibility, or even an eventuality? I can picture a Para3 LW with blue FRCP...

I can't wait to see what the straight-spine Stretch looks like! And kinda surprised it's nearing completion so soon after it's rumored development, but a good surprised!

Re: Let's take a look inside my Police 4

Yep I've got a little bit (not too much) of the same thing going on in the handle of my P4, and I live in a VERY humid environment. I don't plan on taking it apart until and unless it gets to be as bad as yours though. Surprisingly, my blade is still clear and bright! Vivi can you post some pics of ...

Re: C16 Wayne Goddard family almost complete

I'm glad bumped threads are not explicitly frowned upon here, because I totally don't mind revisiting older questions, and I gotta say I've been loving my Goddard OD Sprint! Very large blade for such a compact package, nice aesthetic design, and my first experience with VG-10! And that's interesting...
