It matters to me. It's usually not an absolute criterion, but handles and scales ARE an important part of a knife, so yeah I do take those things into consideration.

When did the BBS blue/s90v military come out? It's still available on their website. I'm not sure when exactly that one came out but it's a pre-CGI example, so several years for sure. I think Saul's favorite spyderco would be a counterfeit spydie that he claims is the real deal 100% nailed it.
