You made a good choice on a sweet little blade! Next you should get a Para Military 2, so you’ll have a “full size” instrument.

I recommend THK diamond pastes to basically everybody. They cost next to nothing on ebay and you get 5, 3.5, 2.5, 1.5, 1, 0.5 and 0.25 micron pastes in a set of 7 for like $10 . Just put some Putman aluminum scales on one of my Para3s. It was much easier to disassemble and reassemble than a Para2. Took aabout 15min, in large part due to not having to remove the *#*! Good question, but NOPE. That said, if I had bought my PM2 52100 before any of my others I may not have bought many or any more. It’s just a razor-sharp jewel; I may have to marry it one day
