I strongly prefer a knife that has one handed opening when it is legally possible. I don't see how having such a feature presents any downside so not having it would be a negative. the speed of opening doesnt matter to me though.

I am one of the people who finds that polished micarta actually seems to "stick" to my hand in a really positive, secure way. Even if it didn't the handle on the bushcraft/proficient is simply "perfect" and has no need for texture in my opinion. Theres no such thing as a deal breaker for this knife....

I've heard red hair is the hardest to whittle. Wonder if that's true

I'm so happy about the the dragonfly in k390. It's really good that's not a sprint cause that thing is going to fly off the shelves.

I don't think I can ignore the k390 dragonfly. I'm glad it's not a sprint so they won't be difficult to get.
I will also definitely want to have the new mule.

I'm just curious but what would you have them do differently? I have way more antipathy towards place like ebay and people who buy knives just to flip them for a profit.

1. k390 - I think this steel is a really good sweet spot for a company like spyderco. the performance is on the extreme upper end of currently available tool steels. While I think a lot of companies would not be able to deliver this steel to consumers in a form that really takes advantage of the mat...

I actually really like the mismatched scales a lot. kind of like the sun and moon chaparral. I already have this model in rex 45 but its a cool look
