Can anyone tell me about a small 3" blue Spyderco, web on handle with Spyderco across the middle of the web. Says 154cm and Taiwan on blade....??? Not the usual web handle, more smooth...metal...??

I have an opportunity to buy a Spyderco very small 154cm from Taiwan, but has no black spider on the blade. Does say 154cm and Spyderco across the handle in the middle of a web.

Is the cts-xhp Steel the same for Cold Steel as Spyderco?? Just interested in the mini recon with cts-xhp. Also what is cts-xhp... closest relative... sorry if I'm going off the subject, I'm new.
