Steels aside, you ultimately need to hold each knife in hand and decide what feels better and fits better in your hand. I appreciate the Para 3, and own the Cruwear model, but will not ever buy another, and will probably sell the one I have eventually. For my grip the PM2 is so much more comfortable ...

I have an Edge Pro and I am going to take it home and fix it for him. He is a rather competent with tools, so I didn't think it was anything he did. This knife had never been sharpened. It just seemed odd to me.

I gave my BIL an extra PM2 Cruwear a few weeks ago and he was sharpening freehand when the edge just slivered off in a long sliver

One consideration about what model to get is to remember that the S30v/s110v is that they are readily available. The sprint runs are only available for a short time. There are several models that I passed on that I have later paid premium prices for when I became bitten by the bug!
