Re: PM2 Red G-10 M390 at DLT Trading?!?!
Honestly military's in general aren't as popular as the para 3 and the para 2.
Simply because most folks find the military too big and unwieldly for EDC.
And if you just need the military for the occasion you might aswell bring a fixed blade.
Not saying there isn't a market for the military i own ...

Re: Back After a Few Years... Thoughts on LW Knives.
I personally dont like LW for the following reason:
I personally dont need a super LW knife. I live in a urban area i carry a knife in my pocket and im never really conscious about weight , im not a like a mountaineer or a rock climber where every ounce counts. To me LW doens't provide the same grip ...

Re: Need some feedback on the MANIX 2 CPM 154/S90V composite sprint
Don't buy it for the fit and finish, buy it for the performance.
As cool as 154cm /S90V is. ( i just ordered a manix 2 CPM 154CM/S90V) I dont think it will perform significantly better than S90v.
So if your looking for a knife that performs you can get a manix LW in s110v or S90v.

Re: Need some feedback on the MANIX 2 CPM 154/S90V composite sprint
Im sure you know what to expect. its pretty much a Manix but with a 154cm/s90v blade. Is it worth it?
From a user standpoint no. From a collectors standpoint? imho yes.
Higher end spyderco's are so under rated honestly. like the native 5 damasteel. you paying 150$ more yes.

Re: Holes in the Spydie range?
I know eric considered doing a collab with sinkevich at the 600-700 dollar range.
I loved that knife amazing details: custom pivot , milling on the CF , spyderweb milling on the inside.
All great features. But what im worried about is spyderco moving on too quickly from such a model. It cost alot ...

Re: Holes in the Spydie range?
Alot of folks voted for the 100$ range simply because thats spyderco target audience. Most of the spyderco owners are really using their knives.
Thats great! Nothing wrong with that.
The Hole in spyderco's range is the Midtech , high end (non custom) knives.

Its the same price as the S110v.
I know s110v is a higher end steel but in practicality just by a margin.
I love the orange FRN so i bought 2.

Re: CS Exclusive Orange Manix 2 LW..
What's the advantage of 90V over 110V? I thought 110V had similar edge retention with better corrosion resistance. I'm not a big fan of safety orange. I love the orange on the HAP40 knives.

Re: D'Allara 3 feedback
As far as i am concerned, being a conservative luddite, you could just carbon copy the first D'Allara and i'd be a happy camper.
Major concern in Amsterdam was manipulating the lock though, so more scalloping around the ball is #1 I second this sentiment.
Same here. But honestly i love the design ...

Paramilitary 2 , Manix 2 , Yojimbo 2
These are the good old stable knives from spyderco. When they are executed right. ( every batch has their lemons) They just drop without lockbar tention and have amazing action.
