And scales? Is that through third party? And sheath? Any recommendations?

How to get a Mule?
As the subject may suggest, I am looking to get a Mule. Does not appear they are being sold through the normal channels, hence my question. How/where can I get a Mule?

Re: Folding Camp Knife Suggestions
Military is a very capable knife from my experience with it - only folder of its size I have. Hard(ish) use if used wisely. Light for its size so carries good; some hotspots during prolonged wood whittling; excels at food prep - quartered raw chicken with it. At some point, 4-5" fixed blade may...

Re: Isn't it time for new sprints of Delica & Endura?
Why Stretch over Endura? I ask because I'm in market for a larger blade knife for a friend.
I have Delica (mrs has it now); love it. Figured Endura would be perfect.

Of interest would be, for those with many blades, which model you have the most of; how many?

Re: Gift of Spyderco
That is a cool story, OP. Gave my best friend a fixed blade almost 25 years ago. Nothing special compare to the knives I know and have today. But to this day, he has it with him every camping trip we go on. Last year gave him my Manix 2 LW. Didn't have a need for it, so why not. Couple months later ...

Re: Red loctite
Others do have a need. Whether it is to replace a clip, adjust pivot action ( which sometimes requires adjusting stop pin), and blade centering. Still others, like me, get the knives wet, bloody, sandy, etc. by using them out in the field. Clean and tune makes these tools work better and last longer...

Re: This is why I don't get the hype for edge retention
I don't know about hype... But when I sharpen my blades and do the thumb test, they are so sticky sharp (to use someone else's phrase) that they leave small laserations on my skin as soon as I touch the edge. Enough to mess with the touch ID on my iphone. :o Time to use different fingers or program ...

I'm just saying, Military is a great interim solution to the 'I want a Police 4' dilemma.

Another vote for Military. You won't be disappointed. Get the Police when it comes out.
I was the debating the same thing not too long ago. Very happy with Getting the Military now. Who knows when the Police will be out.
