I agree that cost has to be a deciding factor in the process. While I think it is possible to get a fairly accurate casting, the cost of making a mold far exceeds that of the frn molds that you use. I still think that it holds promise for the future. Thanks. Dave

I have also run across plain-edge Ladybugs in Japan. I am still trying to decipher the Japanese on a web site that has them for sale. It looks like aprox. $30 each. Evidently these are not available in the U.S. because of the fear of a glut of two many models to stock. A plain edge would be great ...
