The P4 will be VG-10 as the other blades in the family. I'm also planning a K390 (midnight blue) and ZDP (BRG) versions in time.

Great news! So a full Seki run in K390 and dark blue FRN is a possibility? :) :spyder:

Re: Spyderco Amsterdam Meet 2019 Report

Man that P4 LW is LIGHTWEIGHT! 3oz 4.5" of K390!?!

WC DF2 seems like a home run.

Can't wait to see some Endela comparison pics.

Keeping Seki Busy :)

Re: Reputable Online Retailer Sugestions and Experiences Good or Bad

Steve at New Graham and Jordan DLT are my current favorites. Rob at National Knives has also been good to me over the years.

Bento Box has delevered when I ordered from them a couple times. Sooner accepted my return on a Al Mar dud a few years ago.

Re: Work gloves

I've had great luck with Mechanix Leather Palm for everything from laying wood floors to hauling brush. Not sure how they would hold up in a warehouse though. Picking up a 5 pack of cheap leather gloves from Harbor Freight might be the way to go.

Re: Which endura?

The handle shape of the Pacific Salt is not the same as the Endura 4, it is based on the previous Endura generation. The ergos are different. You might want to check out this thread:

Re: The Waterway Will Be Mine...

Great with pic the Waterway next to the Sprig abbazaba! The similarity in the blade profiles in obvious of course. I'm really impressed with Lance's handle design. That handle is comfortable in any position. Normal grip, choked up, reverse grip, even upside-down running the spine along the cleaning...

Re: Bags-

A $15 Eddie Bauer 20L Stowaway was a revelation for me. It's super light and great for a minimalist day hike/trip. I have a more bags than I can count, but I use one of the EBs every time I can get away with it. A surprisingly great number of features, including a loop on the shoulder strap for a hy...

Re: Casual Sage 5 Lightweight reveal

I did not really look at this thread till right now and so was not aware of an upcoming sage lw! Personally, I´d prefer that knife over the Para 3 lw no doubt! A bit shorter when closed but still a tiny bit more edge; thinner stock while still having a stronger tip than the Para 3 (presumably). Agr...

Would love to see a lightweight back lock for stay closed bias.
I'd love to see this as well. The Chaparral LW proved how thin and light it can be. PM2 LW Backlock would be my personal dream.
