Re: Introvert
The Introvert is something that I'm really looking forward to seeing. Not only is it a cool design, but it is very lefty friendly. I also notice the blade is thin, so I'm hoping it will be a very slicey grind.

Re: Spyderco Ouroboros
Welcome to the forum. :)
I was wondering about the blade steel used, where it is made, 1 liner or 2 (are they nested?) and what kind of washers (if any) are in the pivot?

Re: Sucky City Japan
The majority of my "most used" Spyderco's come from Seki City, and my knives from there are all good quality.
I buy from a brick and mortar store, so I get to examine all my knives before I buy them, so I suppose that gives me an advantage over those ordering off the internet.

Re: My sell and keep list, would you do it different.
I would say your list is just fine. I personally wouldn't be keeping a couple models that you like, but we each prefer different things. I have a feeling that your acquisition of the first 2 knives on your list may have obsoleted many of the knives on your sell list, including some of the models tha...

Re: My all time favorite EDC steel!!!!
Is Hap40!!! I agree. I think Spyderco has really nailed it with this HAP40 Sprint Run. I have more expensive and "fancier" Spyderco knives, but for the performance (high sharpness, slicey grind, edge retention and ease of sharpening) my HAP40 Endura and Delica are what I want in my pocket...

Re: Why the Para2 over the Millie?
As a left-hander the PM2 has better pocket clip options and a better lock. I don't mind the larger size of the Military, but the PM2 has more versatility.

If you want a nice neck knife that is super light, thin, sharp, classy and cool take a look at Le Heron by Fred Perrin.

Re: Spyderco-Svord Collaboration in the works?
Would there ever be a Svord-Spyderco alliance in a knife, that has features from both companies, or is this out of the question? And if yes, what sorts of features would you like it to have, aside from the hole, ofcourse? I don't see the point in doing this. If I want a cheap/good $10 carbon steel ...

Re: Mule or something else?
Ah... Torn between the HAP Sprints (51%?) and the Mule (49%?). Any suggestions? If it ends up being the HAP knives, Delica or Endura? I don't think I will be going for the PM2 just yet because I think it should still be fairly easily obtainable compared to the other two. Also, @SpeedHoles where did...

Re: The Civilian - Opinions please.
I prefer the Matriarch 2 black blade with Emerson opener to the Civilian. You don't lose much blade length, but it is lighter, has a more robust tip and it deploys faster. The all black also looks great in my opinion.

Re: Mantra or Mantra 2?
I look forward to some reviews and pictures.
No huge rush for me, since it is a regular production knife that should stick around. I'm leaning toward the Mantra, not so much the 2.

Re: Street Beat-Lightweight or not?
Can you post a photo of your Street Beat sheath. I am in Germany now, so I can't take a photo of mine, but it is the same as this photo that I found via Google Images. It was taken by somebody called Brummie on Blade Forums, so credit for the photo goes to him. You can see the original Street Beat ...

Re: Street Beat-Lightweight or not?
Get the original with micarta. Not only is the knife much nicer, but the sheath is WAY better. This is a very big difference between the two models.
The original Street Beat is awesome.

Re: EDC Battle: Delica vs. Endura vs. Stretch
Well, it's all over and the winner is "The Stretch". Delica came in second and Endura is a distant 3rd.
Nonetheless, I still like the Endura the best!
Thanks for participating in the poll.

Re: Ulize Doubts
My Ulize definitely didn't have these issues; although, I bought mine at a B&M, so I was able to inspect it before purchase. I think you got unlucky. On a side note, I will say that the Ulize lock is strong, so no Ulize will be easily flickable. To flick mine requires some decent wrist action. I...
