Re: Spyderco prices in Europe exploded !

The truth is that it is Spyderco who manufactures it and he will know the reason for the prices. I do not care about these prices. They put the prices and I decide if I am interested. And that's not what interests me. I think I'll save some Spyderco I have without brand new. I can sell them here at t...

Re: Spyderco prices in Europe exploded !

Prices in US also went up, like almost every year. But this is just few buck, which is nothing to compare with what you see in Europe. Just wondering why you guys are not buying in US. There are quite a few reputable dealers, who will ship in Europe? How bad are custom dues? That is an option But y...

Re: Spyderco prices in Europe exploded !

I do not know what the reason is but the prices in Europe are not normal.
I understand that they are more expensive for taxes.
But not double that.
I do not know what the reason is.
Some buy out but many people buy other brands.

Re: Red loctite

It's kind of sad when the complaining has buried the response to the complaining to the point that the complaining doesn't stop. Guys at this point you are all well past beating a dead horse. You've all made your respective points. At this point you guys are just arguing to be right and honestly I ...

Re: Re:

In the end I decided not to return my native.Although this unused would not be fair to the next buyer. Also I do not know if this loctite leads red. Although I suppose yes. I have doubts about the hair dryer. I think if it is able to release the loctite it is also possible to slightly alter the tem...

Re: Byrd Hawkbill Question: Which one?

valenciamanu: Do you see many Spyderco Byrd knives and other Spyderco knives in Spain in the knife stores? In my locality of about 210,000 inhabitants I have never seen Spyderco or Byrd in stores. But there are not any cutlery. If there are armories, but the knives there are usually hunting Spanish...

Re: Byrd Hawkbill Question: Which one?

To me I do not like knives with steel handle. Especially if it is for continuous use. Over time it is more marked the mango. Plus heavier. Although I also understand that they are more robust. Greetings

Re: Red loctite

I love Spyderco. I do not like Spyderco with red loctite. If it has screws they have to be able to disassemble. If you can not then I prefer rivet for being more robust. The screws with red loctite for my board the worst of the screws and the rivets. Anyway, nothing happens, I already have spydercos...

Re: Red loctite

The red loctite is very strong.I do not see it suitable for knives. What can happen is that the color code of other manufacturers does not correspond to the one of locttite.

Re: Combo Edges: Like or Hate?

At first I did not like it. He saw the sharpening complicated. But try the Victorinox combo and I love it. Now I have 6 different manufacturers. I prefer the stretch marks on the tip and smooth on the base.
