Dream knife would be a XL Chinook with a 5 inch blade, radiused g10 or CF scales. Let's do some s90 v for steel.

The Raven 2 from the Byrd line. Built like a tank, great ergo' and a nice bd1 blade for under 50 bucks. One of the BEST kept secrets IMO.

The Nirvana. The blade is a little too thick behind the edge but the one piece handle is stellar.
Would love to give it the razors edge treatment but dang, then I'm in it for quite a bit.
