Stone washing / re finishing
Hey all, Im having my first go at putting some of my own touches on a PM2. Im using a standard S30V satin version. Im trying to stone wash or such all the components. I tried the tumble drier method but I feel the drier throws the container too much and the stones dont do much tumbling (centrifigal ...

Re: Forest Green CTS 204p Para 2
First run of Spyderco Paramilitary 2 cts-204p was marked as Green... Spyderco Military cts-204p run was marked as Dark Green... But actually they both were just the same color... This new run of Spyderco Paramilitary 2 cts-204p is marked as Forrest Green. Is it different color from those two mentio...

Re: Paramilitary 2 with lc200n or H1?
I’d like this but how would they do it? The whole knife would have to be rust proof. I figure if they can do the Caribbean with Salt liners they can do a Military since it has even less liners. That’s a good point. I guess I was thinking about the trouble they had with the Native salts backlock. Th...

Re: Para Military 2 Titanium
Im probably one of the few that doesnt really want a Ti PM2, and I do LOVE the PM2!!
I have a Sebenza for that and it really suits it. Im just really a fan of the whole package that the PM2 is and enjoy the G10 scales. Its weight /balance is just right as is IMO

Re: The Curve Factor: A Huge Advantage In Some Cases
Consider the one handed curved pruning saw, which cuts on the pull stroke. Pulling the saw towards yourself forces the teeth to bite into the wood. Pulling is a much more powerful muscular action than one can perform pushing a blade laterally into the work, especially at arm’s length. Hawkbills tak...
