I was surprised also. I have not used it hard because I feel the tip is too thin. I don't spinewack my knives. However it is still my favorite knives.

I have had my Spyderco Chokwe for a few months now. I have to say it is my favorite Spyderco as of now. But as I was checking it today it has developed some up and down blade play. Does anyone have any advice because I don't want to void the warranty? Thanks in advance.

I would have to go with the recent discontinued models so I would like a sage 3, junior, balance, and a Bob lum chinese folder.

I have never looked at it that way and plus if it is a knife I really like it is hard to leave it sitting in a box to not use.

I think I read somewhere that Sal prefers it if they are used. I am not sure though.

Depending on what color you want to die it, starting from pink will limit your options.

I know someone who tried to dye a Pink Manix 2 to blue and ended up with a dark purple. Whatever color you choose, you will have some red in it, so you'll have to pick a color with red and lean your color ...

And construction knives are just fine, been around for a long time without issues. Some might even see it as a benefit as there's no screws to come loose or lose. I'm thinking about getting a Native. For a total newb to pinned knives are pins that bad? :rolleyes: Also if I wanted to dye the frn would I just put the knife in the rit dye with the blade since that seems like it is the only way because it is pinned? Thanks in advance.
