I'm not really sure of the bead size. I used my dad's blast cabinet. It took about ten minutes to do. Then I wet sanded it with 1500 grit sandpaper to smooth it out some. Over all, I'm happy with the results. This joker gets sharp too, I can whittle hair with it.
