Spyderco does use USPS to AK/HI per their pop up when I tried to check out. I agree UPS & FedEx rates to AK are outrageous. I think $15 via USPS is also for something as little as perhaps a few ounces, especially when they provide free shipping to everyone else. I'd guess USPS shipping is only ...
