I had issues as well with sloppy fitting torx bits until I followed the advice and went to Wiha. Also, be sure your seated as deep as possible, and straight on, not angled at all. I'm very fond of my G10 Native 2013 Forum model with the 110v blade and green G10.

The Native is a design they really nailed I think. Outstanding fit & finish, with a great slicing blade. Good stuff!

Have you noticed that the little extra finishing touches aren't there on the Sage 4 as opposed to the Native 5. I'm particularly speaking of the Sage. The blade spine and thumb hole aren't champfered to knock off the sharp edge like on the Native. Same way on my Chaparrel. Not a big deal as the Taiw...
