Carbon Fibre(Fiber) is black. Kevlar weave in composites can be tinted.

That said...Green, Green/Black, or Blue/Black G-10 would be nice. Maybe a Tool Steel.

A slightly radioactive knife would be so easy to find in a pile of Laundry.....or an overstuffed bag of gear.

A folder is a poor choice for a defensive tool.

Knives for defense, without training, are poor in general.
