Very hard decision, but my current choice would be a spyderco Sage 1, carbon fiber S30v. Beefier than the Delica, but still small, pillar construction so easy to clean, flawless design, ...... ok I really like the Sage...

I have a caly 3 and delica 4 g10. I really like both knives but have to go with the delica 4. In real life use, the caly 3 handle is just too slick. Also, in hard use, I'm not crazy about the choil, my hand feels really close to the blade and combined with the slick handle I am concerned about hand ...
