ok, bought a torx set, ordered some bolts and dismanteled the whole knife for cleaning, does someone know if it's normal that there are 3 copper shims(i guess 1 on one side, 2 on the other) on each side of the blade? if it's normal, is there any order to put them?(wich side needs 2?) there is some ...

is it normal to lose a bolt? i never loosen them since i didnt had the tool, i use the knife everyday since it's my EDC. i emailed them, waiting for answer. i guess i'll have to check every bolt everytime i sharpen it to keep it in 1 piece.

thanks for good and fast answer! i'll contact them tomorow...i'll leave it at the bottom of my pocket for the next days...i dont want to lose any more bolts. I have a t10 in my wrench set but fit's nowhere on the knife...i'll check out for smaller torx at home depot

hello, i saw yesterday that the bolts on my c90cf strectch were loose where the clip is. since i don't have the torx key to tighten them, i left it like that. i attached a drawing of what i remeber what it looked like

there was 2 separate blade, one on each side of the knife, when both open was making a twin side blade, or could open only one making a normal knife

how do you use sandpaper to sharpen your knives? I used to have a native and was alot easier to make it very sharp with fine stones but zdp aint...

So i guess diamond is necessary, but UF rods now? i'm not sure since ZDP is so hard, it barely does something on fine rods...ultra fines will remove ...

Worth buying diamond and UF rods for ZDP?

I have a strech CF with ZDP blade, having a hard time sharpening it with sharpmaker. I've spend almost 2 hours trying to make it better but still not as sharp as it was out of the box(wich wasnt that sharp, barely hairpoppin)

I do alot of strokes with very light pressure but cant seem to make it ...
