My wife ordered a bread maker and said that I needed to get a bread knife, so I ordered this from National Knives first thing this morning:

Good post! I’ve liked these since I saw the G-10 versions. I don’t have one yet, mostly because I’m not sure I would use it very much. I like the overall design and the blade shape, I just keep prioritizing other knives over this one! Maybe someday!
