I absolutely agree to @zuludelta.
Imho, too, saving some more money for a premium spyderco makes more sence.

I agree with @Skywalker.

For the price of a premium steel Tenacious, e.g. a Delica Wharncliffe k390 can be obtained.

May I ask: For what reasons?

Cause I have to say: The two Tenaciouses I had were of better quality / fit and finish than most of my Seki knives (which are perfectly fine already too, don't get me wrong)

Two is of course not a representative sample though.

My first Spydercos were a Tenacious and a Grasshopper. They are good knives. But since I bought Spydies from Seki and Colorado, I never went back to the Chinese ones.

I would say "sorry" for my last posts in this thread. I was in a bad mood + some beer. Of course, everyone should have his personal opinion wether a SAK is usefull or not. It was not my intention to provokate. Sorry, again.

Don't know where you live and work. But where I live, it's not the duty of an employee, to bring their own (crappy) tools for work. A companys chief has to equip his workers with good tools.

Can't understand the other arguments, too... the squeezer has zero grip and the the toothpick is just crap ...

You are right about the ambience and the focus. But on the other hand you cannot expect a professionall video which is provided for free.

I had luck... my German knives online dealer reserved me a Delica 4 wharncliffe k390. Should arrive in some days. :)

As far, as I remember I did never say that. I'm pretty sure that never in history someone had to completing a knife-needing-task and failed because he had "only" BD1N, S30V, or similar insead of k390.
