Good to hear that Spyderco releases Rex121 model. I am using ~3.5" rex121 knife made by BBB and loving its high yield strength, edge longevity, and ease of sharpening. King of slicing steel, IMO.

When you guys are talking about new designs, is there anything specifically about a design you guys are looking or hoping for? Something practical? Something eccentric? I'd like to see something like Golden-made spydiechef with high vanadium steel. I like its design especially the skinner-type blad...

Rex121 maxamet 15v 10v k390. Steels do make aggressive edge are my favorite. Not living close to ocean, stainlessness is not a big deal.
