Why did Spyderco decide to move away from micarta to begin with?

I bet pricing will continue to increase due to the current economic times. Curious to see if the imported models become increasingly more expensive due to inflated shipping container costs and not only to the decreased purchasing power of the US dollar.

Well it's not a LW. The tip down clip holes are visible.

No blade movement in locked position while under stress. Factory edge is good. The pewter jester head added to my order was a nice surprise. Thanks Mr Joker
