In my opinion, I think you try to do a presale however long in advance that you need. I would say for the presale that the order quantity is unlimited because the customer has paid up front in full and you have no risk of inventory sitting on the shelf. For some reason my copper PM2 keeps making it into my pocket. It just inspires confidence. I'm not afraid to beat on the knife a little bit every now and then and do things I feel the other knives in my collection are too fragile to do.
