Re: Poor experience with LC200N edge?
I had a similarly unimpressive intro to LC200N when I got my Serrated Caribbean. I carved into some fairly soft wood a bit and the edge folded over pretty significantly. I wasn't sure if it was the steel or the nature of a SE blade since it was my first in many years. After fixing it on the sharpmak...

Re: Shaman Rex45 Sprint - General Discussion & Support thread - (not alerts)
My Rex45 Shaman is so smooth and easy flipping strait out of the box. Makes me realize how stiff my older s30v version is. It's nowhere near as easy to flick open and I've been trying to break it in for months. Must be something up with it. It drops shut and has good centering but it's so stiff to f...

Re: Caribbean at last
I have a sheepsfoot SE and a leaf PE. Both are highly functional but I think the SE gets the nod for cutting power. It just tears through material. It's become my favored landscaping knife. Makes me want more SE knives in my collection. The LC200N steel definitely seems to roll easier than something...

Re: Knifejoy Exclusive SMOCK!
just received my knifejoy smock. lovely little knife. not a fan of the peel ply carbon and I have so many s30v blades already so this version was a welcome option. I suppose i'm late to the party but it is a really fun knife to play around with. fit and finish are great. I really hope spyderco can i...

Re: Knifejoy Exclusive SMOCK!
I like the looks of the smooth g10 over the original carbon peel ply and the 20cv makes it pretty tempting.
