Big problem with online order that went south.

Hope so I am dealing with bad dream.

No idea the problem obviously, but a bit ago I ordered the S110v Para 3 and got a PM2 instead. Called them up and they had a new one in the mail that day and a label in my inbox a bit later.

Not a fan of Spyderco's warranty support, but their sales has been good in my experience. I'd just suggest a call to sales if you haven't already.

If you do get a good out come post it here. Everyone is quick to complain but not as many will praise a good company.

Well all I can say is I spoke to someone today who said they would make right.

Actions speak louder then words.

Have spent too many hours on problem that imho is inexcusable.

Problem is people who do not care except about pay check.

Kinda curious. Was this an online order with Spyderco? Online order with with an authorized or not authorized dealer? Was the order lost or cancelled? More info. would be helpful to point you in the right direction.

Littering the forum with all these vague posts the past 2 days with no context, is a bit annoying.

Well I actually got email from the Spyder, and it appears problem is resolved.

Now I wait to see if a box arrives with right thing.


When it does I will say do. Human efforts happen.

Just call friend who sent out sale email, said you goofed, he soda he could not believe mistake, but it call looking at something many time and not seeing.

Oh no! A bad dream...
A. You couldn't feed the kids because your Spyderco order had a problem!
B. You got kicked off the organ transplants list because of your Spyderco order!
C. You couldn't pay your mortgage because of your Spyderco order.
I don't know how you can carry on!
