Gil, congratulations, looks like you made it!!!

I haven't been to a Magpul class yet but it looks like a good pretty standard carbine course, who is teaching your sniper class? I went to one with Giles Stock a few years ago and think I even managed to confuse him with all the problems I was having. :P

Only one guy in my class had a semi auto, a DPMS 308, and he struggled with it and ended up finishing the class with a borrowed Rem700, I don't remember what the problem was. Most of the glass was Leupold Mk 4.

Not sure who's teaching the Sniper Course ... I believe it's Police Sniper Instructor??? I'll be using a DPMS SASS 308. It has performed rather well so far ... Dead On Head Shot at 200 meters. I figure I'd give it a try ...military has adopted them for urban use ...figure "What The Heck". I know that others have had issues with SASS due to ammo. The SASS can be tempermental with certain ammo. Guess we'll find out :o ???

As for the Magpul Course ... The Instructors will be Chris Costa and Travis Haley. Good Times Ahead :D :D :D !!! Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.

Chris is the the gent with the goatee and the Travis is the clean cut guy. Two of the best instructors I've seen. Chris does training for some of the Federal Departments and Travis is ex-military who was attached to a Special Ops group with a few tours. These guys Got their act together and do some of the most intense training I've seen. Really Looking forward to this class ...April 3 thru 5. Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.
