So many choices...HELP!!
So many choices...HELP!!
I finally found a good reason to get another Spydie (i.e. the wife says she does not know what to get me for Christmas--needless to say I immediately thought of you know what...)What possibilities!! I've looked through the choices and have narrowed down to the Delica, the Military and the Pro Grip in stainless, all with the combination edge. I've told my wife that she can get me any one of the three. (Of course, getting ALL THREE at the same time would be beyond fantastic, but let's not be greedy...) Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

personal opinion, get the military if your local laws will allow a 4"... you won't regret it. I've been carrying my "50/50"(more like 70/30 with 2.5 PE/1.5 SE) for just over a year(august). Love it.

If you aren't left-handed, get the Military. If you are a "lefty", get a FRN Endura.

Thanks for the opinions! I do plan on getting all of them eventually but have to start with one in order to not break my toy budget for this month...
I've beeen trying to locate specific ordnances re: carry knives for this area, without much luck as far as specific lengths, etc. are concerned. I'll keep looking, but I'm leaning toward the Delica or the Military right now.

MILITARY!!! Been carrying one in CE for about a year...PE Millie before this one....absolutely love it. IMO, it has the perfect combo of both edge types, just as VW mentioned--2.5 PE and 1.5 SE.
If a 4" blade is legal in your area, I suggest that you get it and don't look back.

As much as I love my PE S30v Millie I find it to large for EDC and use it for hunting and fishing trips only. I carried the Delica for years and still do when I running. Clipped to my jogging shorts its totally comfortable. I now prefer the Native for EDC but the new Chinese Folder I just received is so nice . . .
HHUUMMM,let me think......MILITARY!!!

Aloha LT!
Definitely DELICA!!! I've carried one for years now and the size is just perfect for EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT carry! Yes, the Mili is a great knife and can wait as far as I'm concerned...it takes a "back seat" to the legendary delica in terms of overall carry possibilities. I've carried the CE Delica EVERYWHERE!(In fact it's right on my sweatpants as I write this!)
God will put you over...if you let Him!

I'd say go for the Delica. You can even pick one of those olive drab handles and black bladed models.

Excellent choice! you'll not regret the Delica...It's a "Legend". After carrying it and using it, you'll see why it earned it's status.
One good point was the Progrip regarding it's discon status...but, I prefer my trusty delica over my Progrip ANYDAY.
Hope your Christmas is filled w/ the "Bugs" you wanted! Take care!
