What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
It doesn't have to be an EDC. It can be any one that you own for what ever reason you love it.
Right now, my favorite Spyderco that I own is my Bento Box exclusive Paramilitary 2 with a K390 blade and green G10 scales. This knife is perfectly centered and operates like silk on ice. This knife is just pure joy to just open and close.

I'll never not beat the Stretch 2 XL drum when I get the chance so sorry for redundancy. Light, slim, perfect blade shape, lockback, choil, good blade to handle ratio. Wish the ergonomics worked a little better for my hand shape/size but they're far from bad. If I had to choose 1 for life it would be good old VG-10, hopefully next knife I purchase will be the serrated version.

I really enjoy using my Drunken. It has a great blade shape, looks amazing and has one of my favorite steels. Second would probably be the manix 2. I especially enjoy the BBB 15V version.
Current favorite Spydies: Drunken, Spydiechef, Sage5 LW Rex121, Manix 2 LW 15V BBB
Favorite materials. Steel: Maxamet, Rex121, 15V, S90V, Magnacut. Scales: Carbon Fiber, Titanium, Micarta, G10, FRN.

Not an easy! So perhaps a Sage 5 LW, or a Watu.
SCARAMOUCHE!
Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
The Chaparral LW SE, by a long shot. The knife only cost $125, but has the best fit and finish of any knife I own. It's incredibly slim and the steel backspacer is nice touch. The serrations are perfect, wavy not spiky, so combined with the very thin full flat grind, the knife is amazingly slicy.
I almost returned the Chaparral when I first got it because it was so much smaller than I expected. But it's a marvel of engineering, much like the Drangonfly, that cuts and holds like a much bigger knife - I have big hands, but can still get a solid four-finger grip when using the choil.

Sage 5 is a nice choice. I bought one on a whim and it surprisingly became one of my favorites. It's Spyderco's most underrated knife, in my opinion. There's nothing obviously special about it, it's just a very well-proportioned knife with all the details handled very well.
Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
Sorry in advance .
This is the best I could do .
The first group are my fave stock Spydercos
That top Para is the Para 2 SPY27 . It just got foreshortened in my silly photo . And this group are my fave modded ones .
The Siren looks stock but is a blade swap S90V into the Coarse G-10 . If this combination was offered stock it could pretty easily be my fave of all time .
. . . but then I NEED M4 in my life so the Para 2 M4 is right there side by side .
Had to get the Chaparral in twice cause it is a very close toss up which I like the most . I do carry the Ti Chap but I carry this carbon fiber one more often .
This Chap only belongs in the modded group because of the extreme reprofile I did to the edge .
The Ti Chap has the original edge but maybe touched on the Ultra Fine Triangle rod now and again . So much for trying to choose my all time favorite .

Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
To me, the whole collection is more important than one safe queen or an EDC. That said, my fav these days is my EDC, the Endura XL, also known as the Police4 FRN K390. I like big handles and a pointy blade. The Native Chief is right there, but I carried the Enduras for decades and the Police4 is a little more familiar.
Shout out for the Siren. For a smaller knife, it is awesome with the coarse G10 and the LC200N blade. After I re-profiled the edge it worked fine for EDC. Tough, no rust. Great knife.

Domino, especially after putting Skiff bearings in it.
Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
I carry the Spin the most for small daily tasks but C15 is favorite for overall cutting slices and melting in hand handle.
Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
Definitely my c22 walker, knife was so ahead of the time. It was my dream knife growing up, now to have one, it’s everything and more.

Endura K390 SE. It's not my most expensive or the one I like fiddling with the most, but it is the most carried and most used. It was my third(?) Spyderco but the one that really sold me on the brand. I should have bought two and may still pick up a backup (a concept I considered unnecessary when I bought it).

Your right !
but oh wait . . .
ACTUALLY it's not , it's the Positron .
wellll as long as we leave out the Carbon Mantra .
now see , this is why I hate threads like this . They get me all screwed up .
Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
Probably a tossup between these two. I've said the Ayoob was my favorite for a long time now but this Bodacious is really challenging it for the top spot.

Re: What is your favorite Spyderco knife that you own?
My favorite would be my Knife Center exclusive Kapara, with S90V steel and burlap micarta scales. It is as close to perfectly made as a production knife can be. Besides that, the blade is excellent, the action smooth and quick, and the ergonomics are excellent. I don't use it as EDC, because it's a bit large most of the time.
For EDC my favorite is a Lil Native 10V with Garage Tech micarta scales.
