Holy-ripsnort! Wonder if that was a typo? At that price it would almost be worth it to pick up a few just to toss on eBay.

The only reason a Lum Chinese doesn't go through my EDC rotation is the almite handle. Scratches too easy. If only they put it back out in micarta or lovely CF .

I don't understand how they can do this. I don't have an "official" dealer cost sheet but I know the markup percentage my local Spyderco dealer uses. My Casio tells me that my dealer is paying $80.86 for these. Now how can Cutlery Shoppe sell them for THIRTY dollars LESS than my dealer can even buy them for?

How is that possible?

Thanks for the tip. I'm getting at least two of these. I sure wish I could bag more. The Chinese Folder is one of my favorite Spydercos. I've yet to see one that wasn't flawless. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I'll keep you posted. I ordered one a few days ago....I was told that the price was legit, but they didn't have any in stock and would have to order it. The price is incredible.

Jeff @ Cutlery Shoppe & me have done business BEFORE the advent of the InterNet.

4077th : It's a "balancing act" what you
lose on one is picked up on other models ; as <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> is discontinuing this, and many others, expect to see more sales such as this! I'll keep the forum posted.

Again, best prices :

www.CutleryShoppe.com

www.BestKnives.com

www.1SKS.com

With these exceptions, as they have'em in stock :

www.extremely-sharp.com ( under "specials"<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>)

www.dirtcheapknives.com

And, for gear & Spydies :

www.CheaperThanDirt.com

Allen, I registered and de-lurked just for the express purpose of thanking you for the heads-up on this great deal. I've wanted a Lum Chinese for a long time and I can't believe I got it for this price. Thanks again.

Just call cutleryshoppe and ask them if you got in on the order. I ordered the day before Allen's post, and got two of them.
