There is an MGE Wholesale distributor exclusive in that color and that steel. Unlikely to be a knockoff.

Your picture is kind of small to really look at details. I try to look at the entirety of the knife, box, paperwork, end of box model description, font on blade, fasteners and compare to other pictures of the same model on websites if you can. I do not own that model to be more specific on the authenticity.

The model is C81GPTL2, there is also a DLC variant. Looks authentic from the photo.

It looks real to me. It's an MGE dealer exclusives S90V with teal G10 scales. Here is mine for reference

The texture on the teal G10 is different than any other Spyderco G10 that I've handled. It feels almost like a linen micarta texture
