Lockbar not flush

Hopefully the pic comes through ok, it’s hard to see. I disassembled my G10 dragonfly and finally got around to reassembling it and the lock bar is ever so slightly above the backspacer. I don’t recall it being like that but I don’t know what I did. If I tighten down the pivot all the way it goes down flush but then I can’t open the knife. Anyone had this happen?

Is the lockbar high, or the spacer low? (or a bit of both)

What if you loosened the lock bar pivot and/or handle screws and placed the knife with the lock bar facing down on a table. Then press the handle down to push it up into the handle, then tighten the screw(s)?

Not a G10 Dragonfly, but you get the idea. It might “finesse” it flush with the back spacer.

The pin in front of it also seems to be slightly out of place in that photo...
Maybe if you loosen to recenter everything (tough being under tension), maybe like Pokey suggests, then retighten in a sequence to keep things centered, then it could realign.
Going back to Caly.

Unfortunately this seems like it's almost inevitable with back locks, whether it's new or with wear and break-in, the deeper the lock bar seats into the blade tang the higher it'll get in the back. It's fairly easy to even out with you're competent with modding, but then eventually it won't be even when the blade is closed either.

Did you replace the screws back in their original positions?

Good luck! Swapping my FRN Dragonfly scales for Ti scales from Flytanium was the hardest swap I've ever done. I recall there was a washer at the pivot but on the outside of the scale.
