How about a Salt/Magnacut Kapara?

#1

Post by vilePossum »

Well, I guess my love for the Kapara is no secret, and I do realize that it is on the wrong production location for this to happen anytime soon.
But considering that the Kapara was conceived as a folding food prep knife, wouldn't it just make sense to give it the Salt/Magnacut/FRN treatment? It would almost turn it into a larger version of a folding z cut.
I would absolutely be down for a FRN Kapara...
Edit: I would also take a BD1N / FRN combo...

FRN and linerlock... that would be the perfect Kapara for me.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Apparently a slip joint version is in the works. I wouldn't mind if this one got the salt treatment.
