Spyderco Southard

Where's all the Southard's!?
I've got a Black Southard coming next week!
Would really appreciate some Southard pics!
The Southard has such a nice blade profile
I've actually had both versions in the past.
Can't wait to get one again! 😎

Big fan of the Southard. Fun fact - The Southard Folder is Spyderco’s first ever flipper!

I’d love to see a new design from Brad Southard and Spyderco but for now here are a few old photos I had of the Southard Folder.

That Southard blade is a lot like the Shirogorov F3 NS!

And, those had CTS-204P. You just don't see a lot of CTS-204P around. M390 & 20CV are plentiful it seems though.

I think the Southard were the most expensive Spyderco folders I purchased in 2013-2014 for $233-$242 (MSRP $430-$450). Worked great with flipper or hole opening. Fairly slim package. Very well made at the Taichung factory. If they were made today the street price would be $100 more.

I like my Southard. Wish I had also gotten the one with brown G10 when I had a chance.

Mine from KnifeWorks ($232.90) in March 2013 with aftermarket CF scale and pivot insert. The black model is in the box somewhere.

Brad began his own production knife company. You might look there for one?

That looks fantastic RamZar!
I'm thinking about the possibility of a custom scale for the Black one I have coming.
But, I really like the Black G10 Scale that's on it - that originally came with it.
Used to people would put the Black G10 Scale on the Stonewashed model

I dunno, Mr. Glessar. Looks like his website doesn't work anymore.
Besides, I'd rather have a Spyderco version.
I was lucky enough to find one on the 2ndary mrkt
